Following the successful launch of what is believed to be the first boutique office park in the greater Irene area, Quattro Fontane, the next phase of Irene Land Corporation’s successful commercial and industrial developments is now in pre-launch phase.
Called Rietvlei Corporate and Industrial Estate, the new development is to be marketed by property development and management company, Abacus DIVISIONS, the company who successfully marketed the multi-billion Route 21 Corporate Park office Park. Stands will be sold by Abacus DIVISIONS and the developer.
Org Geldenhuys, MD of Abacus DIVISIONS said Rietvlei Corporate & Industrial Estate is to be launched on the back of the recent completion of the highly successful Route 21 Corporate Park, Irene Village Mall and Irene Farm Villages in the area. Rietvlei Corporate & Industrial Estate boasts 10 exclusive stands, comprising of eight Industrial and two business stands, ranging from approximately. 0.85 ha (8 500m²) for the smallest stand to just under 2 hectares (20 000m²) in size for the biggest stand.
With large pre-launch discounts being offered, stands are well-priced and start at R850 per surface metre for the industrial stands and negotiable per bulk square metre for the business stands. Geldenhuys said these launch prices are being offered at a “huge discount” to similar stands in the adjacent Route 21 Corporate Park, and greater Irene area.
“Rietvlei Corporate & Industrial Estate will naturally boast excellent security with access control via a gate house and security perimeter fencing. The estate is located in a highly sought after area of Irene, Centurion’s newest development node. With Route 21 Corporate Park just up the road, Rietvlei Corporate & Industrial Estate will certainly be the Business Estate of choice for many owners and tenants looking to capitalise on its ease of access and its prime location on the R21 corridor,” said Geldenhuys.
