Property development and management company, Abacus DIVISIONS, has officially launched what is believed to be a “novel office park concept” for the Irene area with the sod-turning at the boutique office park – called Quattro Fontane.
Quattro Fontane offers only 20 stands. Stands vary from 1 000 to 2000 square meters, with the office park targeting small to medium businesses, mainly in the professional and services-focused industry.
Quattro Fontane is located on the corner of Nelmapius and Van Reyneveld Road in the Irene area of Centurion – and is less than 500m from the Irene/Rietvlei Dam offramp to the R21. It is also within walking distance from the Irene Village Mall and Irene Farm Villages – and has Cornwall Hill Estate just up the road. The R2 Billion Route 21 Corporate Park is also just on the other side of the R21 highway.
The estate design guidelines are a contextual play on ‘farm lifestyle architecture’ and the Irene precinct.
Attesting to the growing business vibe in the Irene area, Org Geldenhuys, managing director of Abacus DIVISIONS -who will be marketing the office park said there had already been a “handful of pre-launch sales”.
Upon completion, the 11 000 square metre office park will represent a total investment of R150 million – R180 million, said Geldenhuys.
“Quattro Fontane is ideally situated adjacent to a number of upmarket residential and office park developments, including Route 21 Corporate Park, Cornwall Hill and Irene Village. It is also located in an area that is going to be one of the fastest-growing business hubs in the overall Centurion-Irene area.”
“Quattro Fontane is a unique offering in the area,” said Geldenhuys. He added that he expects the stands to “sell like hot cakes” given the vinbrant business mood in the Irene area.
